Russian term or phrase: нахалтурить
О сотруднике, который набирает работы побольше, чтобы заработать побольше денег, делает много в довольно сжатые сроки, но постоянно сдаёт некачественно и небрежно выполненную работу, с большим количеством ляпов, недоделок и ошибок.
Например: Ну-ка, давайте посмотрим, что она нахалтурила в этот раз.

half-assed/BSed

Explanation:
While "half-assed" is generally used as an adjective, I have heard people use it as a verb and have done so myself.
Check this: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=half-assed

Another option is to use "BS" (bullshit) as a verb. At least that's what my classmates and I said in school when we wrote our papers or did our assignments at the very last minute.
See entry #4: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=bs

I also found an English usage forum thread where people list these examples along with more literary choices such as "slack," "half-cock," etc.
