Tensile and flexural strength

Definitely 'strength', but not compressive. I haven't taken the time to confirm, but I believe it is tensile (elastico) and flexural (dinamico) strength. These are similar properties (unlike compressive strength) and you'll see them cited together as regards plaster characteristics.

But your link is medical and talking more specifically about the eye. Here we are talking about masonry and plaster. I'm not so sure the same characteristics hold. Thanks anyway
