In generale, con rif.to al mktg, mi pare si trovi sempre tradotto come non vuoi, ovvero con "apprendimenti chiave" (ex. www.studiotrevisani.it/hpm1/key_learning_e_key_challenges.h...

In alternativa al "tuo" (e di Stefano) "concetti", e a "chiave", eccoti qualche proposta in più, che punta sull'importanza di queste conoscenze apprese per la costruzione di un bagaglio esperienziale inteso a "lasciare il segno" (vedi sotto).
