1. Help the person playing the Manager role to prepare for the benchmarking conversation. Work with them to create a structure for the conversation and support them in thinking about how they will demonstrate the skills acquired over the past two days.
2. Once the benchmarking conversation is finished you will lead the 10 minute feedback section. You will use GROW as a structure to coach the person playing the Manager role, and will offer your feedback in the ‘Reality’ section. You will also attempt to demonstrate the best practice coaching techniques we’ve covered over the past two days during this feedback section.
