Does anyone know what this means? Can't find it in any dictionaries. For context article can be found at http://www.vespito.net/mvm/canibal.html and the word occurs at the beginning of the third paragraph.

agree Just Words : "Infradotado" is generally used to describe someone with an intellectual capacity below (-infra) what is considered normal. But in this context "incompetent" would be just fine.
