Alverin is a spasmolitic agent that relaxes the smooth muscle of intestines and uterus. ("smooth" is just an additional explanation)

agree kamilw : Muscules ili muscles? Cesto ljudi pisu 'smooth muscules' ali jeli to ispravno? I jos 'relaxes' umesto 'relax'. Izvinjavam se da Vas tako ispravljam :-)

I have just corrected my typing mistake. Thanks for your remark.
agree Anthony Bock : though I don't understand why it is "smooth" and muscles is still spelled incorrectly in your corrected version

It's just that sometimes I see what I want to see, and not what is written :)
disagree Natasa Djurovic : Za lek se ne moze reci da je ''agent'', ovo ''smooth'' takodje ne stoji u prevodu!

agree Dinap : za lek se može reći agent i podrazumeva se da su mišići creva glatki
