Notes to answerer
Asker: Olá Antonio, fiz uma pesquisa e encontrei o seguinte: "Emiri Decree (88) of 2009 issued appointing Al Shaibi CEO of Qatar Financial Markets Authority Qatar: Monday, December 14 - 2009 at 15:26 PRESS RELEASE.H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar, issued Decree (88) of 2009 appointing Mr Nasser Ahmed Abdulrahman Al Shaibi to the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA). The Decree is effective as of the date of issue and will be published in the official gazette." Portanto, um Emiri Decree não existe somente nos Emirados Árabes Unidos. De qualquer forma, muito obrigada por tentar ajudar-me.
