Para a denominação “Órgãos Sociais” no Brasil usamos “Corpo Administrativo” ou “direção da empresa”. Só não sei o que Audit Committee está fazendo junto, já que é um orgão de controle à parte da empresa.
Por outro lado o site wwhttp://iate.europa.eu traduz “Órgãos Sociais” como "social security".
Pode ser que essas denominações sejam usadas em outro contexto?
