It's true. Of course, we could go with Stephen's suggestion: Convince us that you're the best for the job... But how do you convince someone other than with a detailed account of qualifications and experience???

I think this is a case wher eyou have to expand the concise German formulation . "Position" is better than "job" but would have taken me over the limit for the number of characters!
