As I said withdraw capital 是对的，is base on: if we go to bank to get cash we say:" I am going to bank to withdraw money." not:" I am going to bank to money withdraw." I am sorry I did not notice this is a title of a part of article, if I did I would say withdrawing capital is better. Just an opinion.
