siehe unten Explanation: the general meaning is "when being towed" "during towing" (even though the latter is not grammatically correct) I don't see why this should not apply to locomotives too; the issue usually is that some parts are not receiving enough or any lubrication/ventilation (here) or brake pressure in that (the towed) state |
