magazine circulation
What is the term in English for this, please? It means the number of people who come into contact with a magazine (including casual contacts, eg in a doctor's surgery)? Is it a magazine audience in English as well? There isn't really any context, since it's in a table of statistics. Thanks in advance for any help.

I believe it's readership if you're talking about everyone who reads a magazine, as opposed to circulation for everyone who buys it.
