I'm translating a list of a patient's contacts with a particular clinic. For each entry, there's an item that indicates the type of interaction. The options (and my tentative translations) are as follows:

Primeira consulta (Initial visit)
Retorno (Follow-up visit)
Reconsulta (Office visit)
So consulta (???)
