Hello,
In the US, I believe we say "bank account information." The "coordonnées" is referring to one's banking account information whether it be a checking account, savings account, etc). You name, address, account number, social security number, etc. would all be part of your "coordonées bancaires."
By the way, "details" is more appropriate in British/Australian English than in North American English.
