Autor del proyecto de ley “Programa Provincial de Control de Cáncer para la Provincia de La Pampa”, que fue aprobado por la Honorable Cámara de Diputados de la Provincia de La Pampa, y pasó a comisión en Julio del 2004.

agree MikeGarcia : Was sent/referred to the Congress' Commitee on...In the Usa it's normally Sub-Committees, but in Argentina the "Comisiones" pre-discuss the projects of law before they are sent to the floor. This also means they "bury" them......

The reference seems to be to som committee or comission that reviews the bill before deciding on whether to grant it final approval.
