Se trata de una moción presentada por un diputado costarricense sobre la definición de "matrimonio":
T.O.:"...decir 'legal' significa excluir a aquellas familias de hecho, que sin tener origen en el matrimonio, son sin embargo familias".

I would avoid the common law families, as 1) families are not common law, but Marriages are commonlaw and 2) by the very nature of common-law it is understood there is no legal marriage and therefore it becomes redundant
