  -> not at all. All kinds of institutions, orgs. etc. have summer schedules. Have you forgotten that expression?
neutral  Paul Dixon: This is possible I suppose, depending on the meaning of "horário" in the text (for example, trains in the UK have a summer and winter schedule), but I really believe that the meaning intended is "summer time" or "daylight saving time".
