De las acepciones del kudoz, la que más parece funcionar es "impulsar", pero suena raro decir "impulsar valor" (en la expresión de la última frase.

Como en el español no se escucha tan bien repetir una misma palabra, lo más común es usar sinónimos para que fluya mejor el texto, según varios manuales de estilo que he leído por ahí últimamente :)
En inglés sí repiten mucho, pero en español no veo por qué no puedas usar sinónimos.
Por ejemplo, para "drive value", podría ser "generar".

además, si te fijas, en el texto original hay una línea en la que no usan "drive":

así que también puedes mantener "impulsar" en todas y cambiar a "producir" para el resultado final. Seguirá siendo más elegante que en inglés, donde te cambian una por ahí en medio.
