I'm not sure which of the two paragraphs you're translating. If it's both, you'll obviously have to adapt it to avoid repeating "tourist" and "infrastructure".

This is a suggestion for 'acondicionamiento turístico'. But now you've got to think of an alternative translation for 'instalaciones' - amenities, perhaps?

Thanks, Carol, but not sure what you’re getting at. Improving versus Improvement is not a duplication, it’s a stylistic difference. All the other answers concern 'acondicionamiento turístico' as does mine.
