doesn't look like real spanish. I mean, the words are real, but
I think you're around time for you to 'coem' and I pass/spend one certain hour/time that
It's about time for you to come and spend some time
"It's about time for you to come and spend some time" was probably the intended message, but it looks like they stuck it into an automatic translator and it came out all funky

And because the person mispelled \"come\" as \"coem,\" the translation machine didn\'t do anything with it.

I just found a new specialization for myself. Specialization: the \"untranslating\" of machine-translated text.
Now I am positive. The original message was:
I think its (sic) about time for you to come and spend some time.
Pienso = I think
su = its (because they didn\'t type the apostrophe in \"it\'s\")
alrededor = about
hora = time
for you = para usted
\"coem\" = mispelling of come
y = and
paso = spend
una cierta hora = some time
que = ???
