@phil It's a SW string. They appear as discrete items in alphabetical order with no more useful context. And some of the ones referring to France are dodgy translations from French. And sometimes they consist of just one word - for example "Temporal" - and you have to guess whether it means temporary, or something to do with time, or a storm at sea (it's usually temporary) but it can get really frustrating at times. Sometimes the client takes ages to respond to queries about them, or simply doesn't know the answer. Which is why I often end up here brainstorming them, and really appreciate the input.

Administrativo often means "relating to the administration", ie government. If that's the case here, which it probably is, you can leave it out because it goes on to give the name of a government department.
Is this a heading, or a bullet point? It's not a full sentence with a verb. If so, what else does it say?
