Mini sounds too quaint unfortunately. Drugstore is a term that is getting outmoded in the US. Large chains (Walgreens and CVS) refer to themselves as pharmacies. The reference it to the pharmaceutical richness of the substance, therefor, I think the better option is "miniature pharmacy"
