При переводе доверенности, где в именах указаны отчества, нужно ли отчества указывать также и в английской версии, и как? Ведь там отчества не используются, и в загранпаспортах отчества тоже не указаны. Не вызовет ли несоответствие имен паспортам проблемы?

agree  Tatyana Peruzzi: Exactly. Normally this point should have been indicated by the person creating the PoA... but if it was no done, we cannot do anything. Our job is to be faitful to the source (particularly when translating official documents)

agree  Natalia Kobzareva: My guess is that the translation is needed for information only and will be used in Russia. If it were to be used in another country, I am sure the names would be given according to the ID issued in this particular country.
