This is how I would put it. This does indeed require rephrasing since no transitive verb would work here. Searching for "Lead out of bankruptcy" on my end produced all of 9 hits going to just two poorly worded sources. "Emerging" from bankruptcy, on the other hand, is very commonly used in English to describe the situation. Have a look here:

Also, let me repeat myself: there is no such thing as "fictitious" bankruptcy. The proceedings are very real even though the company may have been deliberately pushed into bankruptcy.
