This is probably the closest we have.

There is no equivalent in English for the way this can be used in Persian.

Some possibilities such as sweetie/sweetheart/honey/hon are inappropriate unless the young lady/girl is a close friend or family member. Otherwise, it could be considered offensive or possibly sexually harassing, especially if used by a man.

You could also use 'darling', 'sweetheart', etc.
