Norwegian term

provokasjon

Norwegian to English Law/Patents Law (general)
The context is this in legal documents between parties.

It appears to be something like a "demand" in the sense of a demand for documents and/or information.

(but the term doesn't appear to be in Norwegian legal dictionaries)

A sentence: "Staten anser dermed provokasjonen besvart."
