Chié_JP Dec 11, 2013:
This used to be a name of a place, now called Hiroshima (widely known where the atomic bomb came down during warfare) There are some companies with that name, so this could be a case study about a company of such name. Transcript can involve mistakes, so if you could use some clarification, I would recommend it.

Bingo Province

As someone commented, it was once a province that is today the eastern part of Hiroshima Prefecture in Japan.

From Wikipedia:

"Bingo Province (備後国 Bingo no kuni) was a province of Japan on the Inland Sea side of western Honshū, comprising what is today the eastern part of Hiroshima Prefecture. It was sometimes called Bishū (備州?), with Bizen and Bitchu Provinces. Bingo bordered Bitchū, Hōki, Izumo, Iwami, and Aki Provinces."

Can it be a place name?

Maybe it's 'Bingo' if it's a place name.
Here is one example of a place with that name with 読み方:
