"Hedonic" ("esistenziale") refers specifically to the loss of the "joy of living" (i.e. "existing"), while "biologico" refers to "danni psicofisici all persona", which is essentially the same as "personal injury".
Alternatively, since Italian and Anglo Saxon law are slightly different, you might want to go with the more literal translations as Peter suggests and slip in some further explanation somewhere to clarify the concepts, perhaps referring to "hedonic" and "personal injury".

: The term "hedonic" doesn't exist in English, and personal injury damages involve mental pain and suffering, and actual, physical injury.
