This may be waffle but it's not difficult to figure out what they're after...
I agree with Birgit that they screwed up the bit on
"Maßgeschneiderte Trainer". In my opinion, this only makes sense if you change the German to "Maßgeschneiderte Trainings" or the less than elegant "Maßgeschneiderte Trainer-Trainings" (training employees to become coaches within their organizations).

Same waffle as the German and is used widely enough in English.

As Birgit points out in the discussion box, the German seems slightly odd. They appear to be using Trainer to mean training, and "geführte Kompetenzangebote" is waffle in my opinion. I would translate it with something similarly nebulous.
