plateau

I`m assuming that a "pavé" being flat fits with the word "plateau".

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks for your help. I went for prominence rather than plateau, as the plateau is indeed located slightly higher up and the text I didn't provide referred to an area further down (i.e. near the pilon fracture). Thanks anyways

postero-medial avulsion fragment

Explanation:
A search for "pavé osseux" predominantly yields descriptions of avulsion fractures, for example:

https://www.docteurperraudin.com/fracture-epine-tibiale.html
