Please quote purchase order no. Explanation: Bernie is right but in English on purchase orders we say: Please Quote Purchase Order No. 432999. I have years of experience in Purchasing. |

Quote (our) reference : XXX Explanation: First answer is clsoest in meaning, but perhaps long for a form. Second one may be absolutely spot on, but if the PO and Ref N°s are not the same... The third one is commonly used, but provides no indication that the ref. has to be quoted... Hence "quote our reference", "quote O/Ref." is an common short form. |
