Recognizing, understanding, discussing as well as acting skillfully in light of the differences between men and women can be difficult. Our failure to recognize and appreciate these differences can become a life long source of disappointment, frustration, tension and eventually our downfall in a relationship. Not only can these differences destroy a promising relationship, but most people will grudgingly accept or learn to live with the consequences. Eventually they find some compromise or way to cope. Few people ever work past these difficulties. People tend to accept what they don’t understand when they feel powerless to change it.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

¿Has intentado resolverlo por tu cuenta antes de preguntar? ¿En qué sitios has consultado, qué diccionarios has utilizado, que no te hayan solucionado estas dudas?
Y no solamente esto, sino que las normas de uso de ProZ indican claramente que:
1. Si la pregunta es para un trabajo escolar, hay que indicarlo para que no concedz puntos KudoZ.
2. Es necesario dar una mínima explicación del problema que se tiene con el término.
La persona que ha hecho la pregunta ni siquiera se ha molestado en explicar qué problemas tiene con el término en cuestión, y simplemente quiere que los demás hagamos el trabajo en su lugar.
Por mi parte voto para clasificar la pregunta como NO PROFESIONAL.
