If this is a notarial document, then I normally translate the word "testimonio" (as used by notaries in Spanish) as "official transcript". The "testimonio" is the document drawn up by the notary from the public record or instrument made in the notary's register ("protocol").

: We need to be careful, though. as the Notary in Vienna could otherwise have been referring to a nota simple informativa 'extract' from the Land Registry.

Tengo entendido que "transcript" a menudo se refiere a "certificado de estudios/escolaridad"; de ahí que imagine que puede tratarse de la fotocopia de un certificado de alguna especie.
