Fee Adjustments. For any Services to be performed on a fixed-fee or not-to-exceed-fee basis, Customer shall have no obligation to pay Vendor any amounts in excess of such fixed or not-to-exceed fees except for anything to the contrary set forth in the Statement of Work applicable to such Services or any assumptions set forth therein, as set
forth in Section 9.6 or as agreed through a Change Management.
