Прошу прощения, не заметила фразы из контекста посередине. Язык - продукт или производное интеллектуального опыта. Если в этом смысле, то по-моему, так. Кстати, культура здесь тоже не совсем культура а скорее образование или образованность. По смыслу вполне подходит.
