ちなみに英語なら一番言いたいこと「excess dramatic cell death」がこうしてきれいな形で最初に置けるんですけど、日本語で自然な流れにして強調するのは難しいですよね。

私も、followed byの前にコンマがあればこれが一番最後だと思います。実は順番は本文を読んでみるまではあまり自信がありませんでした。でも死んだ細胞を培養することは無かろう、と。
ちなみに英語なら一番言いたいこと「excess dramatic cell death」がこうしてきれいな形で最初に置けるんですけど、日本語で自然な流れにして強調するのは難しいですよね。
