English term
formally implemented as an attic
English to French
Law/Patents
Real Estate
Contrat de vente immobilière
Description du bien acheté en Croatie:
The contracting parties jointly establish that the land plot no.11111 represents residential building with one residential unit in Ville Croate, consisting of two floors, which is formally implemented as an attic (ground +1), the total gross area of 143,46m2, on the floor.
Ai-je tort de comprendre que le bâtiment résidentiel de 2 étages est composé d'un logement (residential unit) mansardé (rez-de-chaussée +1)? ou bien c'est une erreur de supprimer le "formally implemented as"?
Merci

Discussion
I can't see any kind of "formality" in describing a property as being build on two levels, nor how you could turn a whole level/floor into a "former" one (this ST doesn't seem to be about converting a property);
back to square one, I'afraid (same as for the other two related questions)- you really need the Croatian original; buying a property is not on the same level as informal chit-chat, one would think that you need more precision than what you can get by working from this "translation"!
Even with understanding Croatian I can only decipher that "total gross area of 143,46m2, on the floor" means "Gross floor area (GFA) is 143,46m2" but not much else!
"formally implemented as an attic" sounds like an attic converted into liveable space - but this ST is too important for a translation based on guessing.
