Danish term

Faellesgjort

Danish to English Bus/Financial Management leadership development seminar
Faellesgjort utilfredshed

There's not much context, I'm afraid - 'Faellesgjort utilfredshed' appears on a ppt slide by itself in a box - other boxes say 'Vision' and 'Handlingsplan' = 'Succesrig forandring'. Am wavering between 'Joint dissatisfaction' and 'Common dissatisfaction'... Any other suggestions? TAK :o)

Discussion

Brian Young Apr 30, 2010:
shared dissatisfaction just another option. "Faellesgjort" seems to imply that something was done, but that doesn't seem to make sense, unless it means shared responsibility for an unsatisfactory outcome. "Joint" might work, but "common" seems a bit off to my ears. It does often imply "shared", but in this contect would seems to indicate "ordinary or commonplace", but that is just my gut feeling.

I would translate 'Faellesgjort utilfredshed' as general dissatisfaction,
especially in the given context.
