Aceasta este o denumire oficiala in Romania pe care o gasiti in COR. Dupa ce am citit cu atentie atributiunile unui Chief Operations Officer, cred ca Director tranzactii si operatiuni este o optiune. Iata ce face acest "officer" :

The Chief Operations Officer will be a member of the senior management team. S/he will have overall responsibility for our strategic operations including:
Overseeing building and grounds management including maintenance, construction projects and capital improvements;
Overseeing our for-profit catering and conference center business;
With the Director of Finance, establishment and monitoring of operations and capital budgets including long term and strategic financial planning;
Overseeing staff and contractors;
Soliciting and reviewing vendor bids. Executing contracts and overseeing vendor performance and renewal;
Obtaining services as needed to support the Academy’s operations;
Recommendation, implementation, and documentation of operations policy, systems and procedures;
Participation as a member of the senior staff as senior advisor to the CEO;
With the Director of Finance, overseeing risk management and legal issues and coverage;
Equipment/supply acquisition, maintenance and security within established budgets;
Coordinating consulting contracts;
Meeting reporting and compliance requirements;
Other duties as required.
