First of all, you have to distinguish Church Slavonic, Ancient Russian and Old Russian. These are very different languages.

Church Slavonic was the root for many Slavonic languages; it used it\'s own, special, \"initial Cyrillic\" alphabet. This is still the only official language of Eastern Orthodox divine office.

Ancient Russian is the language approximately around XI-XVI centuries.
Its grammar and words still very different from the modern and not very clear for Russian natives nowadays.

Old Russian is Russian approximately of XVII-XIX centuries. The closer to the modern times, the more clear for us, Russian natives. It used some `extra\' letters in its alphabet which are obsolete now, and its grammar was also a bit different, but still we can read - without much difficulty - books printed, say, at the end of XIX century.

In your case it is genitive singular; the same form is used in my last exemple (in modern grammar it would be Рождество Пресвятой Славной Владычицы нашей Богородицы...)
