I believe that this is a simpler and truer translation of your phrase. Since when, in the UK, or even other English-speaking countries would you be afiliated or a member of the Social Security. As a citizen, you are not a member or an afiliate of a state system, in modern speech, you might be a stake holder.
So, I suggest that afiliation need not be mentioned, and instead a truer English translation be used.
