Explanation:
El término tiene varias denominaciones dependiendo del país: techo con tirol (México) o techo gotelé (España). Evitaría utilizar "techo palomitas de maíz" por ser un calco de "popcorn ceiling". Considero que "techo escarchado" o "techo texturizado" son buenas opciones para lo que necesitas. Techo texturizado es más general. Te dejo una referencia.
