objective and subjective (types of) evidence Explanation: 'means of' evidence or proof is often translatorese and tautologous in most non-English lingos (FRE: 'les moyens de preuve') for evidence or 'items of real (tangible) evidence produced in court. '...objective and subjective evidence that ought to be submitted for tendering purposes'. Otherwise this question - to my untrained Polish eye from Polish clubs & restaurants in London & Karkow - has nowt to do with the *standard* of proof: that is, on the civil balance (US AmE: preponderance) of probability or criminal one of beyond reasonable doubt vs. the *burden* of proof (in the UK and Oz vs. USA that mixes up with the standard of proof), namely the onus weighing on the civil plaintiff or defendant vs. criminal prosecutor or the accused). I've more of an idea of the law on this one than the Polish.
