Gostaria de saber a melhor tradução para o termo CLOUD no seguinte contexto (Contrato de Compra de Aeronave):

"Once all liens, CLOUDS and encumbrances are removed from the title, Escrow Agent shall record the Bill of Sale and disburse the purchase price to the Seller."

Pelo sentido, parece ser o mesmo que liens and encumbrances, ou seja, ônus, gravame, encargo, porém não encontrei nenhuma referência para confirmar.
