as and when covered by employment arrangements

Explanation:
Employment 'relationships' may be a textbook term but is riskily ambiguous for 'dangerous liaisons' at work.

Otherwise, English or Anglo-Irish legal drafting balance suggests using a passive construction.

BTW, it's judicial - rather than legal vs. illegal - separation.

Example sentence(s):
  • Employment Arrangement means any employment agreement or individual severance agreement by and between the Company and the Participant, or severance plan ...
  • circumstances, in individual employment agreement ... providing for such matters as are contemplated by or necessary for giving full effect

disagree  philgoddard: It's nothing to do with 'employment arrangements'. It's his legal entitlement.

if Mr XY's employment entitles him to dependents' benefit

Explanation:
... the payments will be made direct to the children's mother.

I think the previous answers are too literal - to me, 'employment relationships' and 'working relations' imply how well he gets on with his boss and fellow workers.

'Assegni familiari' are benefits paid to a worker for their non-working spouse and children:

No, not 'labour relations', for the reason I mentioned. 'Rapporti' means situation or circumstances.

Asker: Thanks. I had the same doubt here.

Asker: I also found "labour relations". Do you think that could fit ?

neutral  Adrian MM.: it's dependants as a noun rather than dependent as an adjective - the kind of point you are apt to pick up on.

disagree  Paul O'Brien: Don't know what you mean by "employment". Sounds stodgy. I used "employment contract".

  -> I'm surprised you don't know, since you've used it in your own answer. Employment is another word for job.
