Hello there
I am not sure if this is the right place for this question, if not, please kindly move it to where it needs to be. I have just returned from a holiday in Italy which was unfortunately extended due to having to be shortly admitted to hospital. The above is part of what seems to be the ‘diagnosis’ on the medical report I was given which I am hoping to show my GP. Sadly I only have a French GCSE which I took many years ago and my knowledge of Italian is non-existent. I would be grateful if anyone could help me and if you need anymore context, please let me know.
Many thanks.
Poppy

Fugue is a typo for "fughe"... I'm not native in English, but that's the gist of it...
