Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / consumer rights
Swedish term or phrase: reklamationsrätt
reklamationsrätt, the right to complain.
But is this term also used in the context of enforcing warranty rights?
Everyone has the rätt att klaga på fel, but this refers to a statutory right to obtain redress. So simply the right to complain doesn't express it; it must be an obligation on the seller, to respond to the complaint or claim. (not merely that the consumer can submit a complaint)

For consumers this seems to be the EU approach to your question.

For businesses/commercial contracts -- like Tender documents and such, I'd stick with warranty.

Hmm, some technical issue got in the way here ... my confidence level was at 4 (High) not 5.

right to make a warranty claim

Explanation:
long version: 'right to make a complaint triggering a warranty enforcement claim'.

This is the way I'd pin it down, though others may like to post an answer.

PS I took a look at a 'cause of action on a warrandice' (land covenant) vs. warranty of goods in Scots law, but it didn't help.

Example sentence(s):
  • To make a warranty claim, the licensee has to return the Font Software, including a copy of the sales receipt within the [...]

Notes to answerer
Asker: You are absolutely correct, it is a statutory guarantee. (I would call it an "implied warranty" though - but not sure this would be correctly understood). But my concern is that consumers reading a text will not pick up on the nuisance between a warranty and a guarantee. (at least not how it sounds in English, as these terms are used interchangeably...)
