El Blue Level es un nivel de Operation Sweep Clean que es una iniciativa creada para ayudar a evitar que los desechos plásticos perjudiquen la vida silvestre, aves y animales salvajes. No he encontrado nada equivalente en español aunque supongo que pueda ser la traducción literal, "nivel azul"; vi "economía azul" que tal vez pueda ser más adecuado pero no sé si es aplicable en el contexto del medioambiente.

En español, una asociación mexicana lanzó el "Distintivo azul", una campaña basada explícitamente en el "OCS Blue", pero distinto y separado.
Creo que conviene traducir "Blue Level Member" de la OCS como "miembro de nivel azul" de la OCS. Para mayor claridad, en algún lugar del texto se puede insertar también la aclaración "(OCS Blue)".

Estuve buscando y tampoco encontré algo en español donde traduzcan el término, y en inglés ni siquiera algo que relacione el nombre con alguna cosa (el cielo, el agua, algún subproducto o precursor del plástico con el cual hacer la asociación).
Insisto: ¿es necesario traducir blue? ¿Qué aporta traducirlo? Ni siquiera hay una página web en español, menos una traducción formal del creador de la iniciativa.
