distribution hub Explanation: Although this is not exactly in the French "plateforme de rattachement",it pretty much is that if you look at the body of the text, which suggests that different stores are supplied by different centres. And that's the image that "hub" has for me. |

delivery/logistic/distribution hub/platform Explanation: I don't have a time-honored translation for this (someone else may, though), but my understanding is that the idea you need to convey is that it's obviously a centre where goods converge to and are distributed from, but the additional bit of information is in "rattachement". This means it isn't just any centre, but the specific platform that serves (among others) the store where the order was placed. Other stores in the network will be served by others hubs, when orders are placed with them. Hope it helps. |
