Ti è mai capitato di imbatterti in uno di questi annunci?
Come lo hai riconosciuto?
Sono certo che tu sappia cosa sono gli annunci immobiliari “civetta”, come sono altrettanto certo che che tu sappia come riconoscerli e sappia come evitare di andare a perderci tempo.
Nonostante queste mie certezze ho deciso di comunque di parlartene oggi.
Perché proprio ieri sera è accaduto che un comprocasa mi invia su whatsapp la sua lista immobili, la lista di annunci da lui selezionata e che andremo ad inserire nella mappatura, e poi procedere con la ricognizione, e chi ti becco?
